We offer free nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

Delivery timeframes:

  • Karachi: Next day delivery

  • Sindh (outside Karachi): 1–2 days

  • Punjab, KPK & Balochistan: 3–5 days

We deliver 7 days a week, including weekends.

Orders placed after business hours are processed the next working day.

For large furniture items, we use specialized furniture carriers who provide safe, in-home delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery and our team will take care of it for you.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition with its original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items that have been assembled or used

  • Clearance or final sale items

However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right, even for these categories.

All furniture and accessory items are covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty covers issues related to:
