Online Order Return Policy:
You have 24 hours after the Home Delivery of an online order to report if an item is delivered damaged or defective. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its New/Unused condition and packaging to be accepted.
There are a few items that can’t be returned:
- Items that have been assembled
- Sale/Clearance items
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you.
In-Store Purchase Return:
If you purchased in-store, check the terms and conditions provided to you at the time of purchase (sometimes they are located on the back of your receipt). Please contact the store where you made the purchase. The store’s phone number is located on your receipt or on our store locator.
