To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition with its original packaging. Some items cannot be returned, including items that have been assembled or used, Clearance or final sale items.
However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right, even for these categories. For in-store purchases, please refer to the return terms provided at the time of purchase or contact the showroom directly.
All furniture and accessory items are covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers issues related to: Workmanship, Materials, Structural integrity
"AS-IS” or clearance items are sold without warranty and are final sale.
