Time frames that include filling the order and delivery:

  • Karachi: Within one business day.

Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the next day. Deliveries are not typically made on Saturdays or Sundays.

For large items, we partner with carriers who specialize in transportation and final delivery to ensure the product arrives safely and soundly. Your order is handled with the utmost care from the moment it leaves the warehouse to the time it has been successfully delivered at your home.

Due to size and weight, large items must be shipped by truck. Therefore, delivery can take up to five business days.

Online Order Return Policy:
You have 24 hours after the Home Delivery of an online order to report if an item is delivered damaged or defective. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its New/Unused condition and packaging to be accepted.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

  • Items that have been assembled
  • Sale/Clearance items

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you.

In-Store Purchase Return:
If you purchased in-store, check the terms and conditions provided to you at the time of purchase (sometimes they are located on the back of your receipt). Please contact the store where you made the purchase. The store’s phone number is located on your receipt or on our store locator.

Furniture and Accessory items are warranted for a period of 90 days. “AS-IS” items carry no warranty and the sale is final.

Warranty coverage does not apply to furniture and accessory items that have been heavily soiled, stained, intentionally misused, altered, improperly cleaned, infested, damaged in transit, or otherwise damaged in a way that is not the result of defect in the workmanship of the product.
